A reminder that the LABR maintenance fee of $442 for the first quarter of 2009 is due on January 2.

You should have received a first quarter statement in the mail in mid-December.  Please tear off the top portion of this statement and enclose it in the pre-addressed envelope provided, along with your check for the first quarter 2009 maintenance fee plus any past due payments shown on the statement.

If you did not receive or save the pre-addressed envelope, please mail the top portion of your statement plus your check to:

If you did not receive or save the first quarter statement, write the address of the property you own in the Lakes --- whether you live there or not -- on your check to make sure your payment is properly credited.

Effective immediately, the HOA will no longer accept any maintenance assessment payments at the on-site office, those left in the blue mailbox at the edge of the parking lot, or those mailed to GRS headquarters in Lake Worth.  Any such payment will be returned to you with instructions to mail it directly to the CNL Bank in Miami at the above address.
