The Director-at-Large position on the HOA’s Board of Directors is vacant.

Anyone who owns a property in Lakes at Boca Raton is eligible for this open Board seat.  If you are interested in being considered for this position, please notify Property Manager Martha Basal at 477-3199 or labrom@comcast.netand plan on attending the May Board meeting on May 17.  

The appointment to fill this Board seat is contingent upon a majority vote of those Directors who are in attendance at a Board meeting.

The Director-at-Large position is available because no one from Amber Bay came forward as a candidate for the Amber Bay Board seat prior to or during this year’s Annual Members Meeting.

Any owner in Amber Bay is eligible to fill the Director-at-Large vacancy, but will not represent Amber Bay on the Board.

 The remaining term for whoever is appointed Director-at-Large will expire at the Annual Members Meeting in January, 2010.
