As a resident here in the Lakes for the past 22 years, I would have to say that the company that cleaned our sidewalks did the best job that has ever been done. Daily I walk on the sidewalks along our main roads and I must say I saw them at work and I was impressed with their tools. They had a huge scrubber about 5 feet wide and then after they completed all the scrubbing, they put a good spraying of chlorine over the sidewalks to kill off any fungus that was left.  The chlorine will also prolong the time when the sidewalks have to be cleaned again. A good choice by our board, these guys are a keeper.
