I would like to express my appreciation to the many of you who spruced up your mailbox during the recent moratorium on mailbox fines.  I hope the small number of residents who have not yet fixed their mailbox problems will do so soon, as we are about to resume sending out violation letters for mailboxes in disrepair.
 
In my recent tours of the community, I’ve seen a lot of dirty driveways and sidewalks that need to be pressure-washed.  Some driveways look like they may need to be repainted as well.  I am in the process of sending out courtesy letters about cleaning up driveways and sidewalks, and urge recipients of those letters to remedy these problems before the Compliance Committee meets on August 25 to levy fines.

We will post all such vendors on our website to make it easier for residents to get their driveways and sidewalks pressure-cleaned before August 25.
