Congratulations on your purchase of a home in Lakes at Boca Raton, and welcome to our community!
You will find answers to many questions about your new community on this website.
Basic Information, the section you are already in, is the place to start. It will introduce you to G.R.S., our property management company, and familiarize you with the role it plays in managing our community’s affairs. For information about your financial obligations to the Lakes, click on $$$. Another section briefs you on security measures you can take to better protect your home and family. If the home you purchased is in Pelican Cay or Woodstream, please click on the appropriate link for either one on the main menu of this website. Each of these communities has their own local sub-association, Board of Directors, Governing Documents and architectural control committee.

The Lakes is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected by the Members of the Association. You are welcome to attend its monthly meetings, which are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse. Each meeting begins with the Homeowner Forum, which gives any homeowner the opportunity to address the Board of Directors for up to three minutes about any matter pertaining to the Lakes at Boca Raton. If you are interested in being a volunteer in your new community, please contact Loren Kellock, our on-site property manager in the HOA office at the Community Center.
You can download any of the administrative forms used in the Lakes once you click on Forms.
If you are planning to make any exterior changes to your property, you will first need to get approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), which meets the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm. To get the ball rolling, download either of the two ACC Modification Application forms, fill it out and submit it to Property Manager Loren Kellock in the on-site HOA office.
