Sub-Associations

The Lakes at Boca Raton Governing Documents provide that the Parcel Owners in each subdivision have the right to form a sub-association, in addition to their required membership in the master association of the Lakes at Boca Raton.

Pelican Cay and Woodstream, two of the ten subdivisions in The Lakes, have their own sub-association, run by a local Board of Directors.  For more information about either one, just click on the Pelican Cay or Woodstream link on the main menu of this website.

A third subdivision, Symphony, has a sub-association on paper, but it is administered by the master association on Symphony's behalf.  Parcel Owners in Symphony currently pay a quarterly assessment of $40 per quarter, which goes into a reserve fund to pay for the periodic repaving of Symphony's privately owned streets and the periodic repainting of the privacy wall that serves as a buffer between Yamato Road and homes along Crescendo Circle on the south side of Symphony.
