When you open up the subdivision file, the addresses come up in street address sequence.
The names that come up for each address are only those names that were recorded on the deed to the property, so sometimes only one name will appear even though there is a husband and wife or otherwise two or more adults living in the home.
New data resulting from a change of ownership appears on this website about five to six weeks after the closing takes place.
If you know a neighbor’s name and address, you can probably find their phone number 80% of the time by logging on to AT&T’s website:
www.anywho.com
In the FIND A PERSON section, enter the last name and zip code 33498 and click on the Search button.
The other 20% or so are mostly unlisted numbers.
