The Community Center

The Community Center facilities include a heated Junior Olympic pool, a heated wading pool, four charcoal barbecue grills under a pavilion, the children's playground, four hard-surface tennis courts and two full-size basketball courts.

The rest of the Community Center consists of three buildings which house the clubhouse, the HOA office, and the bathrooms, plus a parking lot with space for 45 vehicles.

The receational facilities, plus the building that houses the bathrooms, are only accessible via a security card key which residents can obtain from the HOA office by leaving a $20 deposit per card.  This card only works during the hours from dawn to dusk.    

The clubhouse is available for homeowner rental for a fee of $250 plus a security deposit of $200, which is refundable following an inspection for cleanup and damage.  The application for clubhouse rental can be downloaded from this website -- click Forms on the main menu, then click on Clubhouse Rental Application.

The outdoor facilities are available to residents for parties on a first come, first serve basis at no charge.

The Community Center is protected by a state-of-the-art digital 24/7 surveillance system that records all activity to guard against unauthorized use of the facilities or any acts of vandalism.
