The Governing Documents of the Lakes at Boca Raton HOA were completely revised in 2006.  All previous versions dating back to 1985, including any amendments prior to 2006, should be discarded.

Sections I and IV contain the provisions regarding what is expected of homeowners in the Lakes.  Sections II and III concern the governance of the Lakes at Boca Raton HOA.

Since 2006, the Declaration of Covenants has been amended by homeowner vote three times at the Annual Members Meeting in January of 2009, January of 2010 and January of 2011.  Both the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws have been amended twice -- once in late 2009, and again in late 2011.  The Rules & Regulations have been amended by the Board from time to time.
