When a home is put on the market for sale or rent, the homeowner is permitted to place or authorize to have placed one “For Sale” or "For Rent" sign on the homeowner’s property. This sign may be up to 24 inches by 18 inches and may be hung on a standard real estate sign post.
A homeowner may also place or have placed a sign on Association property to advertise an open house or garage sale, but for no other purpose. Such a sign may be posted only during daylight hours and must be removed each day as soon as the event ends.
Except for security signs, no other signs are permitted on homeowner or Association property unless permitted in writing by the Association’s Board of Directors.
