The Lakes!
Welcome to the HOA's website for the Lakes at Boca Raton.
Our community, located just west of 441 and north of Yamato Road in West Boca, is made up of 653 homes wrapped around 57 acres of 14 beautiful lakes.
It is divided into 10 subdivisions, nine of which have single-family homes only. The 10th is Woodstream, a villa and townhouse community.
