Woodstream

Woodstream is the only subdivision in the Lakes at Boca Raton that consists of villas and townhouses rather than single family homes. It has its own sub-association in order to provide services that are typically not offered by HOAs in single family home communities, such as periodic external painting of building exteriors. It is also responsible for re-paving the streets within its subdivision because they are owned by the Woodstream HOA.

Assessments

In addition to paying the master association assessment of $436 per quarter (2010 rate), Parcel Owners in Woodstream pay a monthly assessment to their local HOA of $81. This fee funds the reserve to pay for exterior painting and street re-paving, and covers the costs of landscaping and the management services company.

Owners are provided with a coupon book for their monthly assessment payments, which are mailed to:

Colonial Bank
P.O. Box 628207
Orlando, FL 32862-8207

New owners will be sent a coupon book after GRS receives a copy of the warranty deed from the closing agent.
